Alpine Revival is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”

Before publishing: If Alpine Revival operates under a separate LLC or other legal entity, replace “Alpine Revival” above with the exact legal entity name. The current Alpine Revival website lists the P.O. Box above as its contact address.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, promotional partners associated with the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 2, 2026 at [INSERT START TIME] Mountain Daylight Time and ends on September 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Daylight Time, the “Sweepstakes Period.”

Sponsor's computer systems will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Instagram and DM Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period:

Visit the official Alpine Revival Granite Crew Giveaway post published by @alpinerevival on Instagram and comment GRANITE on the post.

Follow the instructions sent by Alpine Revival through Instagram Direct Message.

Entrants using this method must follow @alpinerevival, provide a valid email address, and agree to receive Alpine Revival marketing emails as disclosed in the entry flow.

Completing all required steps constitutes one entry.

Submitting additional comments, using multiple email addresses or Instagram accounts, sharing the post, or tagging other people will not provide additional entries or improve an entrant's odds of winning.

Entrants may unsubscribe from Alpine Revival marketing emails at any time after entry. Unsubscribing will not cancel an otherwise valid Sweepstakes entry or reduce the entrant's chance of winning.

Free Alternate Method of Entry

To enter without following Alpine Revival or subscribing to marketing emails, visit [INSERT AMOE FORM URL] during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the alternate entry form with the requested information, including name, valid email address, state of residence, age eligibility confirmation and agreement to these Official Rules.

The email address collected through the alternate method will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and contact the entrant regarding the Sweepstakes unless the entrant separately chooses to subscribe to marketing communications.

No marketing subscription is required to use the alternate method of entry.

An alternate entry receives the same chance of winning as an entry submitted through Instagram.

An individual who enters using both methods will still receive only one entry.

5. Marketing Communications

Entrants who use the Instagram and DM method expressly agree, as part of that entry method, to receive marketing communications from Alpine Revival, including product stories, new product announcements and promotional offers.

Marketing communications are subject to Alpine Revival's Privacy Policy and applicable law. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in Alpine Revival marketing emails.

Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry does not affect Sweepstakes eligibility.

Entrants using the free alternate method of entry are not required to consent to marketing communications.

6. Prize

One winner will receive one Alpine Revival Granite Crew, with an approximate retail value of $379.00.

The winner may select from available Men's or Women's Granite Crew styles, sizes and colors, subject to inventory availability at the time the prize is fulfilled.

Prize availability is not guaranteed in every size, color or style. If the selected Granite Crew or an appropriate Granite Crew is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.

Standard shipping to an eligible United States address will be provided by Sponsor.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution is permitted by the winner.

All federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 17, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received through both entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

All eligible entries will be included in the same drawing and will have an equal chance of winning regardless of entry method.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and, where applicable, the Instagram account associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of Sponsor's first notification attempt and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and fulfill the prize.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to confirm eligibility, identity, age, mailing address and compliance with these Official Rules before the winner is declared official.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.

The winner is expected to be announced on or about September 18, 2026, after eligibility has been verified.

Alpine Revival will never require a winner to pay money, provide credit card information or purchase anything to claim the prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the winner by name, first name and last initial, Instagram handle, city and/or state in connection with announcing and administering the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules and the Alpine Revival Privacy Policy.

Entrants using the Instagram entry method also consent to the marketing communications described in Section 5.

Information submitted through the alternate method of entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes unless the entrant separately consents to marketing.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent or duplicate entries, use automated entry methods, interfere with the proper operation of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries or communications or for technical failures involving Instagram, ManyChat, email, internet service, software, networks, servers, mobile devices or other systems outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another event outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if practical, select the winner from eligible entries received before the affected event.

Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Lynsey Dyer and any other promotional collaborators, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except to the extent such claims cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By participating, each entrant completely releases Instagram from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Alpine Revival and not to Instagram.

Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of the winner or fulfillment of the prize.

Lynsey Dyer is participating as a promotional collaborator and is not responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes, winner selection or prize fulfillment.

14. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the applicable state and federal courts having jurisdiction in Wyoming, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
