Return Rules Summary
Alpine Revival accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an Alpine Revival error.
There is no restocking fee.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Eligibility
If your order is eligible for return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors or signs of wear, and with original tags attached.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@alpinerevival.com with your order number and reason for the request. Returns must be approved before they are shipped back to Alpine Revival.
Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help when inventory is available.
Because Alpine Revival pieces are produced in small batches, exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is no longer available, we may offer store credit or a refund according to the policy below.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Alpine Revival error.
Package Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, the return may be denied. In that case, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Alpine Revival is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alpinerevival.com.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process if eligible.
If Alpine Revival is unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you with available options, which may include waiting for the item, choosing an alternate item, receiving store credit, or receiving a refund for the unfulfilled item.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This may include sale items, limited-run promotional items, special event purchases, or other products clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, replaced if lost or stolen, or applied to previous purchases, except where required by law.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order was lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or arrived with an item missing, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping-related issues are handled as shipping claims and are separate from standard returns or exchanges.
